At AbracadabraNYC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
